三鷹市ホームページの自動翻訳機能の利用を停止しています

障害の発生について

三鷹市ホームページの自動翻訳機能（英語、中国語〈繁体字・簡体字〉、ハングル）について、10月7日に当該システムを提供するクラウドサービスで障害が発生したため、現在利用できない状況となっています。

クラウドサービスを運営している事業者が調査を実施したところ、個人情報等の漏えいは確認されませんでした。
ただし、自動翻訳機能のサービス復旧には数カ月を要するとのことです。

利用者の皆様には引き続きご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解の程よろしくお願いいたします。

備考: 自動翻訳機能を除き、三鷹市ホームページは通常どおりご利用いただけます。

自動翻訳機能の利用を希望される場合は、三鷹市ホームページ上部の「やさしい日本語」をご利用いただくか、お手数ですが、お使いの端末に搭載されている翻訳機能や翻訳アプリ等をご利用ください。

Notice of System Failure

The automatic translation feature on the Mitaka City website (available in English, Chinese [Traditional and Simplified], and Korean) is currently unavailable due to a technical issue that occurred on October 7 within the cloud service that powers the system.

An investigation conducted by the cloud service provider confirmed that no personal information or similar data had been leaked. However, it is reported that restoring the automatic translation feature will take several months.

We apologize for the continued inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Additional Information: With the exception of the automatic translation feature, the Mitaka City website is available for use as usual.

Please use an alternative service.

If you need translation, please use "Yasashii Nihongo (Easy Japanese)" (「やさしい日本語」) at the top of the Mitaka City website. You can also use the translation feature built into your device or a translation app.
