AI Chatbot Now Offering Advice on Garbage Disposal

Mitaka City is introducing a system that uses an AI (artificial intelligence) chatbot to automatically respond to inquiries from users via smartphones and personal computers about how to dispose of garbage, etc.
Please feel free to use this AI chatbot service. The more that people use it, the more expertise the chatbot accumulates, which will allow it to provide more accurate answers.

◇What is a chatbot?
A chatbot is a computer program designed to communicate with humans via a “chat” window in an independent, automated fashion.

Applicable services: Information on garbage separation methods, disposal methods, collection dates
How to use: Access the garbage separation guide from the city’s website (via the 2D code below), enter the content you want to inquire about, and then press the “Send” button. The AI chatbot will automatically answer.
Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (excluding maintenance periods)
Supported languages: Japanese, English, Chinese (simplified), Korean and Vietnamese
