About thirty large koinobori (carp streamers) will be “swimming” across Mitaka’s skies at Osawa-no-Sato among the fresh young greenery as the mustard plants bloom. Meanwhile, about 600 koinobori drawn by children can be seen along the section of the Kanda River near Mitakadai Station.
